My interest of sports led me to weight training and fitness. From there I found I liked lifting weights just as much as sports. Lifts like military press, squats and deadlifts are the compound lifts I enjoy the most. Now I am currently working on gaining more size to eventually enter into a natural bodybuilding competition.
Favorite Body Part:
That would have to be my legs, the most challenging exercises bring me the most satisfaction.
Supplements:
Whey protein, multi vitamin and creatine.
Goals:
Gain strength and muscle size through proper diet, hard work and proper form. I also hope to obtain my Certified Strength and Conditioning certificate through the National Organization.
