  Personal Bio: I'm a 61 year old retired high school teacher who decided to hit the gym for the first time in Sept 06. I had started to put on weight after retirement and lacked focus and energy. Since then I've become a "gym rat" spending on average 2 hours a day, 6 days a week working out. Given my age and height, size has been difficult to achieve, but feel that strong definition and presentation will make up for the lack of size. At present I have a 40" chest, 29" waist, 14" arms.
  Favorite Body Part: Love to work them all, but the triceps are definitely the ones which give me that "pumped" feeling after a workout. I love to do pulldowns followed by dips to exhaustion. My second strongest asset are the calves and love to do standing calf raises followed by seated calf exercises.
  Supplements: L-Glutamine, Whey protein, fat burners, nitric-oxide, creatine, bcaa, vitamin-mineral supplement, omega 3 oil, magnesium-calcium supplement.
  Goals: Compete in the Grand Masters class at the provincial competitions next June. In the meantime to add muscle while maintaing definition
