I've always been into fitness and weight training. The past two years I have focused solely on endurance training and comepete in both running events and triathlons.

Legs - A hard set of cycling intervals (or squats)
Supplements:
Protein, Multivitamin, Carb powders, fish oil and Greens.
Goals:
This summer I plan to qualify for the Boston Marathon and clearwater 70.3 world Championships and complete my first Ironman in August at Ironman Canada.
