Shannon is a WNSO Fame Pro in both the Figure and Fitness model divisions. She earned her Figure Pro card in her first ever competition. As a result of her success with FAME, many other opportunities have presented themselves. Shannon has appeared in numerous fitness and lifestyle publications. Additionally, Shannon appears as the host on Global TV's series The Home Showacase, she also works regularly as a guest host on The Shopping Channel. As a direct result of Shannon's fitness endeavours, she has participated in 3 different Reality TV series. The first one, "Extreme Golf", was recently aired to a North American audience prior to this years Masters. "Living the Life" had Shannon and her co-star experiencing the opulence of Dubai in the world's only 7 star hotel, The Burj Al Arab. The dichotomy of the third show "Mantracker" which is due to air in Sept07 on the Outdoor Life Network, is typical for Shannon's fast paced life. I have been extremely fortunate to have had some of the mentors' I have had to date in my life. It seems that I run into some pretty fantastic people in most directions that I travel. :-)
Favorite Body Part:
I would be hard pressed to name just one favourite body part, (they seem to change with the season) particularly this year, as my focus and effort has been symmetry.
I am competing at the nationals in June in both the Pro Fitness Model category and Pro Figure categories. My intention is to continue to work building both my Fitness and Television Career. Today the marriage of both has been very successful. I am working to become a recognized and respected name within the fitness industry
