Personal Bio:
I am a figure competitor who has been highly involved in the fitness community for years.
My mother was a very fit and active woman who was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 1998 at the age of 40.  After a two year battle she passed.   It was then that I knew I had to make some changes in my less than healthy lifestyle.  At 20 years old, I took my 103lb muscle-less frame to the gym.  Never much of an athlete I started to see changes immediately and soon after...  I was hooked!  I started to attend the local bodybuilding shows, and after about 3 years of being in the audience I finally decided “I can do this too!”  Currently I am a nationally qualified Figure competitor as of 2008.  My all-time goal is to win my Pro Card and to be a successful fitness model. I would love the opportunity to grace the cover of popular fitness magazines.  I am so very proud to be a sponsored athlete for a team such as Kaizen and The Winning Combination.  I feel fortunate to represent a company that is looking to help athletes and healthy minded people like myself.  As an athlete my health and fitness are my number one priority, however it is important to me to be able to maintain balance in all aspects of my life, as well as my personal fitness goals. 
I think balance it the key to success that all athletes ultimately strive for.
