Personal Bio:
She has worked in many different career choices but has always come back to the fitness industry. Health and Nutrition is always an important factor in her life and she continues to strive to be a fitness ambassador and motivate all ages to stay on a healthy path.
Katy is currently working towards her second PRO show and hopes to launch her Protein Bars within the next few months, nationwide.
Katy is married to her husband Arny of 20 years, and has four children, all by C section.
