What is it?

nanoCEE is a highly advanced form of creatine monohydrate. From a structural point of view science has figured out how to add an ethyl ester molecule to regular creatine monohydrate. This leaves us with an ester bonded form of creatine monohydrate, truly the next generation of creatine supplementation.
Suggested Use
The combining of an ethyl ester molecule and creatine monohydrate is quite significant. Under normal circumstances regular creatine monohydrate is NOT very easy for the body to absorb. This is why such large amounts need to be used throughout the day. Much of this poor absorption comes from its semi-lipopholic properties. This means that creatine does not travel well through fat based tissue. Esters on the other hand pass through fat like a hot knife through butter.

By combining the ester with the creatine monohydrate, we can dramatically enhance the absorption of creatine through the various tissues and membranes of the body, all of which are fatty acid based.

The esterification (adding of an ethyl ester group) to any substance will enhance its lipopholic properties every time. There are many reasons why nanoCEE is superior to traditional creatine. First and foremost you don’t need to use anywhere near as much to achieve the same results.

Thanks to the dramatically lower dosage, you completely avoid the gastric upset that many creatine monohydrate users experience. You also avoid the bloating that can occur with large amounts of creatine. Normally creatine monohydrate pulls water into muscle tissue. This is a good thing and leads to enhanced protein synthesis and muscle growth. This effect can also increase subcutaneous water which is the water you hold between your skin and muscle. This just makes you look puffy and bloated.

Aside from those benefits you still get the dramatic strength increases, enhanced protein synthesis which support muscle growth and better recuperation. All this with a far smaller dosage and the convenience of a caplet vs. large amounts of powder mixed in water or juice.
Who can use it?
Any health individual can use nanoCEE. It’s especially well suited for woman who are more prone to bloating.
Suggested Use
Take 2 caplets in the morning and 2 caplets in the afternoon. Also drink an adequate amount of water. Ideally aim for 64 ounces of water which is around 8 cups a day.
