Cranberry Orange Muffin

Directions:
  1. Stir together flour, Kaizen Vanilla, sugar, baking powder and orange peel.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine water, nondairy creamer, egg, oil and orange extract. Add to dry ingredients.
  3. Mix until dry ingredients are just moistened.
  4. Add cranberries and stir until combined.
  5. Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling about 1/2 full.
  6. Bake at 400F for 17 minutes.
