Directions:
- Blend together oat flour, whole wheat flour, Kaizen Vanilla, vital wheat gluten, guar gum, salt and baking powder.
- Add oil and mix together well.
- Stir in water with a fork, 2-3 Tbsp at a time.
- Dough will be sticky. Knead between two pieces of plastic wrap (or in mixer with dough hook
attachment) for 2-3 minutes. Form into ball, cover and let rest 30 minutes.
- Divide dough into 10 pieces and roll into balls. Cover and let rest 20 minutes.
- Roll dough out thin (1/16-1/8 inch) between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and cook on hot griddle for
30 seconds per side, or cook using a flat bread maker (following manufacturers directions).
