Directions:
- Stir together cake flour, Kaizen Vanilla, Splenda®, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine skim milk, orange juice, egg and oil. Add to dry ingredients.
- Mix until dry ingredients are just moistened.
- Add cranberries and stir until combined.
- Spoon into greased muffin tins, filling about 2/3 - 3/4 full.
- Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes.
