Directions:
- Combine flour, Kaizen Vanilla, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Lightly beat water, nondairy creamer, egg, oil and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just blended.
- Pour about ¼ cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased and preheated 375°F griddle (medium heat).
- Bake about 45 seconds – 1 minute per side.
